The 2008 Annual General Membership Meeting for Gwinnett Senior Softball, Inc. (GSS) will be held on Saturday, December 6th, at the Gwinnett County Senior Center located in Bethesda Park. The Senior Center opens at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Breakfast snacks and coffee will be served. Door prizes will be awarded at close of meeting. Members must be registered at the time the meeting is called to order and must be present to win. Top prize is a $100 gift certificate from Softball Sales.

Members are asked to make every effort to attend the meeting so officers can have an opportunity to listen first hand to their concerns and thereby be better informed and able to proceed with appropriate action. In accordance with the association's by-laws, a quorum needs to be met (20% of the eligible membership) for the election of officers and for making revisions to the By-Laws of the association.
