The National Senior Softball Summit Ratings Committee determines each team's rating. The following organizations have agreed to adopt the team ratings: ASA, USSSA, ISA, LVSSA, NSA, SSUSA, SPA, ISSA/ISF and Huntsman World Senior Games. November 13, 2011 - Congratulations to GA/AL Masters managed by Dale McWhorter for winning the 60 AAA Division at the SSUSA Winter Nationals, Ft Myers, FL. GA/AL Masters was awarded the 2011 Sportsmanship of the Year Award in the opening ceremonies. August 20, 2011 - Congratulations to IDC managed by Bill Grimes for coming in 1st in the AAA Division at the SSUSA Tournament, Birmingham, AL. IDC won 7 out of their 8 games, and they were invited to the Tournament of Champions in February, 2012 in Ft Myers, FL July 24, 2011 - Congratulations to the Triumphs managed by Terry Leiden for coming in 1st in the 65 Division at the SPA Peach Classic, Marietta, GA. and the NSA World Services in Gadsden, AL. Eurskine Lyons made All World. July 12, 2011 - Congratulations to the Georgia Classics managed by Harry Harrison and Jim Nisewonger for coming in 1st in the 70 Division at the SPA Regional, Johnson City, TN. June 25, 2011 - Congratulations to the Georgia Classics managed by Harry Harrison and Jim Nisewonger for coming in 1st in the 70 Division at the SPA Peach Classic, Marietta, GA. May 16, 2011 - Congratulations to IDC managed by Bill Grimes for coming in 2nd in the Silver Division at the SPA Regional, Pensacola, FL. February 27, 2011 - Congratulations to the Georgia Longshots managed by Howard Wilcox for coming in 1st in the SPA Regional, Birmingham, AL. Pool of teams were of different ages and rankings. |
