The Metro Atlanta Senior Softball League has Tournament Teams representing different age groups. These competitive teams travel outside of the Metro Atlanta area at least 3 or more times per year to participate in sanctioned Senior Softball tournaments. Players range in age from 50 to over 80. Players from MASSL also play on other Tournament Teams.

Information about Qualifying and Invitational Senior Tournaments can be found online at the Sanctioning Organizations Web Sites.  The following organizations have agreed to adopt the team ratings: ASA, USSSA, ISA, LVSSA, NSA, SSUSA, SPA, ISSA/ISF and Huntsman World Senior Games.
